Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on all Headlights, Tail Lights, and Low Rider Sirens.
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 10-14 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping of Cruiser Bikes, E-Bikes, Low Rider Bikes, and Music Trailers is on a case by case basis.  Please contact us at info@kapitolkustoms.com to arrange the delivery of these items.

Local Delivery

Cruiser Bikes, E-Bikes, Low Rider Bikes, and Music Trailers can be delivered locally for a flat rate of $100.  Local delivery range is 50 miles radius from zip code 95824.  Deliveries are made from 8am-4pm on Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

www.kapitolkustoms.com only ships to verified addresses within the U.S.

Damages

www.kapitolkustoms.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

Please save and document all packaging materials and damaged goods.
